Located In Bontang, East Kalimantan. KNI is determined to be Safest and
best performing Ammonium Nitrate Manufacturing Facility in the World. To
achieve this we Are seeking a Suitable person ti fill the following
position of Shutdown Planner.
Shutdown Planner
The
main role of the Shutdown Planner at KNI is to plan all the major and minor shutdowns required at PT. KNI. The Shutdown Planner will work closely with the Planning Engineer and Process Planner and integrate the Maintenance and Operations plan into one site plan. The role will plan all the internal maintenance, contractors and operations work required to meet business needs within the shutdown window. this position reports to Planning Engineer.
Requirements :
- Able to demonstrate Shutdown Planning & Scheduling experience (> 5 years) covering multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Scaffolding, Lagging, Painting, Civil etc).
- At least 3 years post trade qualification experience in chemical industry or similar industries in the operations / maintenance systems would be useful.
- Trade, Supervisory or Planning qualification and experience in continuous manufacturing plants (Chemical, LNG, Oil, Petrochemical or similar).
- Good computer skills to enable use of site Maintenance Package - SAP or similar, Microsoft Project experience or similar.
- Knowledge of Company and Statutory procedures and Standards such as SH&E, AS 3000 etc.
- Able to work with different teams - (Operations, Reliability, Technical).
- Able to investigate problems, analyze and determine root causes.
- Able to focus on the key elements of safety.
- Able to lead a multidisciplinary planning effort and promote a team effort and promote a team effort (coaching).
